WHAT IS SGPT?

SGPT stands for Small Group Personal Training. All of our sessions will be based around the 1 to 6 model. The maximum amount of people per class will be 6. We do this so we can make sure you are constantly being coached properly throughout the session and not get lost in a crowd.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO START?

We welcome everyone. No matter what your current fitness level is we can help. Even though our classes are all centralised programming they can still be tailored by the coaches to suit you.

WHAT IF I WANT TO TRY IT OUT FIRST?

Test Yonda. Test Yourself.

 

We offer a 12 session trail for £99. This is so you can come test us out and see if it's a good fit for you. Its also a great opportunity for us to assess you and see how we think we can maximise your benefits from training with us.

WHY SHOULD I TRAIN AT YONDA?

At Yonda we really care about you making the progress you want. You aren't left to fend for yourself as we will be there coaching you every single session. We also aim to create a culture where you feel completely welcome and want to keep returning too.
This will be the best hour of your day!

WHAT PLAN IS BEST FOR ME?

We will help recommend all clients starting with us after the 30 day trial which membership we believe will suit you best to get the results your want.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO JOIN AFTER THE TRIAL?

Then you can leave with no hard feelings. We know that we wont suit everyone and if you decide its not for you then thats totally fine with us.
