BUILD
Build is our Strength days. We will mainly be focusing on strength training by working on the major compound lifts. It will also include some accessory work and a short work capacity section at the end. Build is a less intense session which is more focused towards technique. Build days are highly recommended to anyone joining Yonda!

HYBRID
Our toughest sessions of the week. This will be a 45 minute high intensity workout. This one will get all the muscles firing and you should be building up a nice sweat. It’s tough work... but if it was easy everyone would do it!
