These are the two classes we will be offering each week. They will be spread out throughout the week and you will have the option to pick which ones you attend. Depending on what your goals are we might be able to help recommend certain classes to help you towards them.

BUILD

STRENGTH

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday


Build is our Strength days. We will mainly be focusing on strength training by working on the major compound lifts. It will also include some accessory work and a short work capacity section at the end. Build is a less intense session which is more focused towards technique. Build days are highly recommended to anyone joining Yonda!

HYBRID

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

Friday and Saturday

Our toughest sessions of the week. This will be a 45 minute high intensity workout. This one will get all the muscles firing and you should be building up a nice sweat. It’s tough work... but if it was easy everyone would do it!
