Womens Health Day
International Womens Day is on Tuesday 8th of March this year. At Yonda Fitness we will be holding a Womens Health Day on Saturday 12th March, to show our support for educating and empowering women.
Naomi Hawkins, Womens Health Coach, specialises in coaching women during peri to post menopause. She will be in the studio to talk about the five fundamental building blocks required to assist you during this phase of your lives.
These building blocks are:
Naomi is going to cover hormonal health, explaining signs to watch out for if your hormones aren’t balanced, symptoms, treatments and how making life style changes impact the severity of symptoms.
Over the course of the three hours, the goal is to educate. To put your minds at ease. To know what to expect and help erase the fear of the unknown. To help you transition with confidence.
Studies have shown that women who have been armed with the right knowledge about peri to post menopause are less likely to suffer with the more severe symptoms.
Coach Jase will be on hand to deliver a talk about functional fitness, finishing with a fun workout for all abilities.
Refreshments will be served during breaks and following the workout we will offer you to enjoy some healthy snacks and a chance to ask Naomi any questions you may have.
