Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Yonda Fitness: To uphold session quality, clients must cancel at least one hour before the session. Late cancellations forfeit the session; no-shows result in a full loss. Emergency exceptions with valid proof are considered. Rescheduling is permissible anytime before. Trainer cancellations prompt rescheduling or credit. Adherence ensures fairness and quality for all.
