Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Yonda: At Yonda, we understand that life can sometimes interfere with your training schedule. However, to ensure the best experience for all our members and maintain the effectiveness of our small group personal training sessions, we have implemented the following 3-hour cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Window: Clients must any session cancellation at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the training session. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and offer the slot to other clients on the waiting list. 2. Notification Methods: Cancellations can be made by via the Fit By Wix app or by contacting Yonda through one of the following methods: a. Message via the chat: b. Email to info@yondafitness.com c. In-person at the gym front desk. 3. Late Cancellation Fee: If a client cancels a session within the 3-hour window, that session will be lost. 4. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the full session will be lost. A no-show not only affects the client missing the opportunity to train but also prevents another client from utilising that slot. 5. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise, and we will consider exceptions to the cancellation policy in such cases. Clients might be asked to provide valid proof of the emergency, such as a doctor's note, within 24 hours of the missed session to waive the late cancellation. 6. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session up until 1 hour before the originally scheduled time without incurring any lost sessions. Rescheduling will be subject to Yonda’s availability and may not always be possible. 7. Trainer Absence: In the rare event that a trainer needs to cancel a session, Yonda will provide advance notice to all affected clients and offer a rescheduled session or a credit toward future sessions. We believe that this cancellation policy allows us to maintain the integrity and quality of our small group personal training sessions while being fair to both our clients and trainers.
